The Logik Training Portal is due to be retired.  As Logik continues to merge into the ServiceNow infrastructure, our training infrastructure will be migrating to the ServiceNow University platform.  Please see the detail below for the planned retirement of the Logik training Portal:

1. The Logik Training Portal will be shutdown on October 25, 2025.  It will be replaced with ServiceNow University.

3. Now that these three learning tracks are available on SNU, all new training portal requests will need to be satisfied via new accounts on ServiceNow University.
4. We will be migrating student completion information to SNU.  As such, please complete any current course activity by October 20, 2025.  All course completion information as of October 20, 2025 will be migrated to SNU.  NO PARTIAL COURSE PROGRESS WILL BE MIGRATED.
5. No course completions between October 21 and October 25 will be migrated.
6. 7. Following the migration of the previously mentioned Learning Tracks the remainder of the Logik learning content will be migrated as quickly as possible.  We do apologize for any availability gaps that may occur and are working diligently to migrate content, please be patient.
